The $10,000 Roofing Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Performance Roofing & Siding (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility
Open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Must own a single-family residential property located within Sponsor’s active service area
Home must be structurally eligible for roofing replacement as determined by Sponsor
Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate household are not eligible
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on the date the giveaway is announced and ends at 11:59 PM (local time) on the date specified on the official giveaway landing page (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion at any time.
How to Enter
There are three (3) ways to enter:
Existing Customers
Current Performance Roofing & Siding customers are automatically eligible.
Purchase Entry
Customers who purchase a new roof from Performance Roofing & Siding during the Promotion Period will receive one automatic entry.
No-Purchase Entry
No purchase is required. Eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form available on the Promotion landing page.
Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of method of entry.
Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive up to $10,000 toward a new roof, provided and installed by Performance Roofing & Siding.
Prize value may not exceed $10,000.
Prize has no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted.
Prize Conditions & Limitations
Roof installation must be performed by Performance Roofing & Siding
Home must pass inspection and be deemed structurally suitable
Any costs exceeding $10,000 are the sole responsibility of the winner
Additional work not directly related to roofing (decking replacement, structural repairs, permits beyond standard scope, upgrades, etc.) may incur additional charges
Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winner notification unless otherwise stated in writing
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries
Winner will be notified via phone and/or email
If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner
Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, photos, video, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Official Rules
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion
Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Performance Roofing & Siding from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Governing Law
The Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which Performance Roofing & Siding is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
