With a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Azusa Pacific University, Roger’s educational background complements his diverse professional experience. Having entered the roofing industry in April 2021, he leverages his prior construction management expertise from the Experiential Marketing and Exhibit industry to enhance PRS’s processes and customer service. As General Manager, Roger’s responsibilities span team leadership, strategic planning, operations management, and customer relations, with a focus on developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures. A resident of Northeast Oakland County, Roger’s market knowledge covers much of Oakland County, parts of Genesee County, and Northeast Livingston County.
Outside of work, Roger is actively involved with Oakwood Community Church and Leadership Oakland, demonstrating his commitment to community engagement. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, praying, working on home projects, and attending collector car shows and tours, showcasing a well-rounded approach to both his professional and personal life.
Andrew Jordan, Production Manager at Performance Roof and Siding, brings over 30 years of construction industry experience to his role. Starting his career as a framing carpenter, Andrew honed his skills in high-end woodworking and project management before joining the company in 2024. With a passion for reconstructing neglected projects and integrating modern technology into traditional structures, Andrew excels in job delivery and management. His background in running pizzerias early in his career instilled exceptional service skills that he applies to his current work, where he most enjoys interacting with various customers.
Outside of work, Andrew is a competitive individual who cherishes time spent with his family, either supporting his daughters’ academic and athletic pursuits or relaxing at their lake house in northern Michigan.
Shawn Cruz, the Project Supervisor at Performance Roofing and Siding, brings over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry to his role, having entered the field in 1996. Originally from Detroit and now residing in Taylor, Michigan, Shawn joined the company in June 2023, where he expertly manages job sites, handles material inventory, and ensures smooth project completion.
His extensive background in residential roofing installation has proven invaluable in his current position, allowing him to effectively oversee crews and maintain strong relationships with customers. When not facing daily challenges at work, Shawn prioritizes quality time with his daughter and maintains a regular gym routine, embodying a balance between his professional expertise and personal life.
Eric Russo is a Roofing and Siding Estimator at Performance Roofing and Siding, having joined the team in 2024. Hailing from Philadephia, Eric is based in the Greater Detroit Area, bringing over 12 years of experience in exterior home remodeling. Eric can be found servicing the Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, Ferndale, and Pontiac areas. His career began with a major remodeling company, where he advanced into leadership roles where he excelled in communication skills. Eric is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, guiding homeowners through the entire process from initial consultation to post-installation support.
He takes great pride in helping clients realize their dream homes while ensuring they receive the best value and care. Outside of work, Eric enjoys staying active with his dog, cooking, rooting on the Lions and Sixers, and traveling with his family.
Seth Bliss brings over 17 years of experience within the construction industry at Performance Roofing & Siding. Having entered the industry in 2008, Seth honed his skills in Sales and Management before joining the company in 2023. A true team player, his role supports the office and sales teams, along with project management. Based in Macomb/Oakland, the Novi native now enjoys the freedom and flexibility of his role on the Performance Roofing & Siding team. Whether visiting job sites across Ann Arbor and Pontiac or making frequent trips to the local Costco, Seth remains active in his community, volunteering for the Salvation Army and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
In his free time, the sales expert enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Mike Renfro, a Service Technician at Performance Roofing and Siding, brings over 25 years of roofing industry experience to his role since joining the company in 2023. Based in Flint, Michigan, Mike specializes in repairing roofing and siding, with a focus on making homes both beautiful and leak-free. His extensive background in the industry, which began in June 1998, has made him well-qualified for his current position. Mike finds great satisfaction in ensuring homeowner happiness and appreciates the team support at Performance Roofing and Siding.
Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, Mike is focusing on enhancing his leadership skills and optimizing his time management strategies to further elevate his already substantial contributions to the team. In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing and hunting, balancing his professional dedication with outdoor pursuits.
Kelley Phillips, the Social Media Strategist at Performance Roofing and Siding, joined the company in 2022, bringing her communications and marketing background to a new industry. Based in beloved Milford, Michigan, Kelley’s role involves documenting customer projects from start to finish, creating engaging content, and ensuring a memorable experience for homeowners. Her favorite aspect of the job is interacting with excited customers and witnessing their joy upon project completion. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Kelley enjoys the collaborative team environment at Performance Roofing and Siding and aims to produce useful and fun content in the coming year, all while balancing her work with outdoor activities with her young son and cheering on the Detroit Lions.
As the founder and President of Performance Roofing and Siding, this Waterford, Michigan native brings a lifelong passion for construction and entrepreneurship to his role. Launching the company in April 2022, he achieved rapid growth within 2 years, while maintaining a focus on being the best in class rather than the biggest. He places an emphasis on the customer experience from start to finish on all projects, with communication being at the forefront. With a background that includes home building, sales management at Wimsatt Building Materials, and hands-on experience in various construction roles, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the business. Performance Roofing and Siding has achieved Master Elite status with GAF and Elite Preferred status with James Hardie, positioning the company among the top installers in Michigan.
His vision for the company is to create a secure workplace with endless opportunities for skill and pay advancement, always putting people first and money second.
