Commercial Roof Installation at House of Providence: A Key Part of a Life-Changing Renovation

Once the primary work was done, we spent an additional day finishing up smaller areas and addressing any final punch list items. It was crucial to stay on schedule to allow other contractors to continue their work without delays.
As with many commercial roof installations, permits were required. In this case, we worked with the City of Pontiac to secure the necessary roofing permit before beginning work, ensuring that we met all local regulations.
Overcoming Challenges
One of the more unique challenges we faced was ensuring the new roof complied with the local preservation requirements. The building had historical features, including parapet walls, which required special attention. Our team worked closely with Jason and local officials to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the building while ensuring the roof met the manufacturer’s warranty requirements.

When all was said and done, the new Duro-Last PVC roof was successfully installed, meeting all specifications and regulations.
